Agilent/ HP 1662ES 68-Channel 100 MHz State, 500 MHz Timing Benchtop Logic Analyzer w/Oscilloscope

The 1662ES adds an integrated oscilloscope to the Keysight 1662E product. Some difficult hardware problems could only be found with the logic analyzer’s digital triggering capabilities and could be solved only with an oscilloscope’s analog resolution, which is why the ES model is included with a 500 MHz, 2 GS/s oscilloscope that’s built-in which can be triggered by the logic analyzer. A designer can simultaneously view both digital and analog signals on the logic analyzer’s integrated display. You can now see what the bus lines look like at critical moments. The compact, all-in-one design is perfect when you want to save space on a lab bench that’s crowded.
