Agilent/ HP 1661ES 102-Channel Logic Analyzer w/ Oscilloscope

The Keysight 1661ES has an integrated oscilloscope compared to the Keysight 1661E product. Some of the harder hardware problems could only be found with the digital triggering capabilities of a logic analyzer and only can be solved with the oscilloscope’s analog resolution, which is why the ES model is included with a 500 MHz, 2 GS/s oscilloscope that’s built-in which could be triggered by the logic analyzer. A designer could simultaneously view both digital and analog signals on the logic analyzer’s integrated display. You can now see what the bus lines look like at moments that are critical. The all-in-one, compact design keeps everything organized on a lab bench that’s crowded.
