The 3NH YG268 Triple Angle Gloss Meter is a low cost, compact, easy to use triple angle gloss meter that simultaneously measures gloss values at 20º, 60º and 85º angles. It can be used to measure matte to high gloss finishes on flat surfaces of most materials. The YG268 triple angle gloss meter is an economic solution for users that prefer a gloss meter with multiple angles for optimized gloss measurements in low and high gloss applications. This can be used for most inspection applications with matte to mirror finish such as coatings, paints, plastics, polished stone, metal and manufactured products.

The YG268 has a protective aperture cover with built in calibration tile holder that allows the user to simply power up the gloss meter and perform an automatic calibration. The easy to view display screen will immediately display calibration results and will then be ready for use. Simply press the measure button to take each measurement and quickly determine if the material meets established acceptance criteria set by manufacturer or simply measure the difference between two sample materials.

The advantage of the triple angle gloss meter is obtaining better resolution and repeatability of both low and high gloss applications.
