Where Should I Send My Equipment For Repair Services, And What Is The Turnaround Time?

After you have submitted a service order, we will be in touch with an address where you can ship your equipment to. Repairs are typically completed in our laboratory, which is located in San Diego, California. The typical turnaround time for repairs is 20 business days, however this may take longer depending on factors such as parts availability. If your repair is expected to take longer, we will notify you promptly.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased or wish to return it for any other reason, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. All items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Keep in mind that we cannot accept return requests for special order items. All documents that came with the product, including manuals and calibration certificates, must be returned to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

What Is The Expected Turnaround Time For Calibration?

Once you have sent in your equipment to us, the turnaround time is five days from the day we receive your instrument. You will be updated with an expected shipping date upon receipt. Take note that some specialty equipment will warrant longer turnaround times.

What If My Instrument Cannot Be Calibrated?

In the case that we are unable to calibrate your instrument due to equipment failure, we will provide you with a few options. This includes opting for repair services at our in-house laboratory or getting a replacement instrument, which we will give you a quote for. If you choose not to go for any of these services, we will send your instrument back to you.

When Will My Order Arrive?

After placing an order, you can expect to receive a confirmation email shortly. Here, you will find information regarding which items were shipped as well as a tracking number.

Are Your Products Available For Sale Internationally?

The short answer is yes. However, there are certain products that are restricted for sale in the United States only by their respective manufacturers. If you are making an order from outside the United States, please get in touch with us regarding the specific instruments you wish to order and we will advise further.
