- What is the turnaround time for repairs and calibration services?
Most calibration services come with a turnaround time of 5 business days. Upon receipt, we will notify you and you can start counting the number of days from then. Repairs typically take no more than 20 business days but this can vary based on parts availability and other factors.
- Can I return purchased items?
All purchased items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Keep in mind that items must be in unused condition and not have any stickers or labels added to them. Documentation that came with the instrument, such as calibration certificates and manuals, must also be returned.
- Do you ship internationally?
While we are able to offer international shipping, the sale of certain instruments is limited to the United States only by their manufacturers. If you are an international customer, please get in touch with us before placing an order.
- How does renting equipment work?
Our equipment can be leased on a weekly or monthly basis for short-term testing applications.
