Ultratest Steel Rules are manufactured by a special process to meet or exceed federal specification GGG-R-791f  for accuracy.  They have ultra-fine black graduations against a hard satin chrome finish for easy reading and long life.  All Ultratest Rules are supplied with a plastic sleeve.
