Agilent/ HP K422C Waveguide Detector, 18 GHz to 26.5 GHz

The Agilent K422C is an 18 to 26.5 GHz GaAs planar-doped barrier diode detector. This waveguide detector has negative output polarity and an optional square-law load resister to extend the dynamic range to approxmiately 0 dBm.
